His first position was in mobile nuclear medicine where he provided diagnostic imaging to rural communities in Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado. Later in his nineteen-year career he worked at hospitals in Longmont and Fort Morgan, Colorado. Stephen is happily married to Amy, his wife of over 17 years, and has four children living at home. They range from high school age to kindergarten. The family is very happy to be back in a rural setting.
